@future.mrs.c:  A friend of mine sells Thirty-One.  She does really well, but she has work, family, and friends outside of work to sell too.  She’s very social and can easily make enough extra money for herself.  I only bought one thing from her because I find that the stuff they sell can be a bit expensive.  You’re going to want to throw Thirty One parties too and try to have others do it.  Everyone seems to really enjoy their stuff though.

You could also check out TaskRabbit.com, that way you work as much or as little as you want 🙂

I used to be a bartender – so I started picking up extra random shifts when I had the time/needed the money. However, our summer is PACKED with wedding activities (as well as other weddings/showers etc), so I won’t be able to pick up any more shifts until September!

I’m trying to get rid of things around the house I no longer need to resale shops. I only get 40% back but something is better than nothing. I don’t have a dress yet. The ones I did have I sold because I fell absolutely madly in love with another that I’m trying to save up money for and purchase.

Also, I have sold clothes and shoes to a place called Plato’s Closet for extra money in case you have one in your area.

I use a survey sites called surveyspot.com and opinionoutpost.com. You do surveys and accumulate money. It’s not alot, but I’ve made about $50 this year, and that’s $50 I didn’t have before.

I suggest serving/bartending if you can do it. Good Luck

I had a few friends that tried to get into thirty-one but it was just so expensive. I bought two things, a lunch bag and a bag to hold my knitting stuff (yeah I’m old) and that ran me almost $50. If you have lots of people that want to buy the stuff and are willing to host parties, go for it. The stuff is super cute, but just a bit too much for me to spend.

When we were trying to get some extra income, my husband and I started selling a bunch of stuff on amazon. Old books, DVDS, wedding stuff I bought and decided I didn’t want, stuff like that. We made almost $2K after all was said and done.

@Solar 40:  I tried to sign up for the PinCone research and I couldn’t find a spot for new members. Is it invitation only? It’s hard to find a good survey website, I’m always on the lookout. Thank you!

I am also making money through this website called Superpoints. It is invitation-only but here is my referral link (http://superpoints.com/). [Personal referral link removed due to self promotion policy]

There’s a couple ways to make money (a button you can press every day to win points, surveys, special offers, etc). I have cashed out about $75 so far… it’s not much, but it’s money I didn’t have before and I only go on for 2-3 minutes a day.

@serendipity9.8:  I don’t think it’s invite only, but once they get a certain number of surveyors it closes.:( Hopefully you can join soon bc it pays $3 per survey. Keep trying if you can! Good luck!
