I like the neckline so much better in the first picture than the third! Not sure if it would be possible, but I like it as it is.

really prefer it the way it is. I can’t really articulate why, but I think it’s loads better.

hmmmmmm it might be very difficult with the beading.  It might be able to be done but my “bunch” or “bubble” because the beading and fabris is so thick there.  My mom is a seamstress so she has done a ton of alterations for me.  I think if it was on the bottom and you were hemming it I would say go for it but since it’s the neckline and the first thing you see I would leave it alone!

Don’t touch it. It looks beautiful as is! ESPECIALLY with the beading like that.

I actually like the lower sweetheart, but I agree it might be difficult to change with the beading the way it is. It does look beautiful the way it is! It’s just a matter of preference.

@IzzyBear:  I think it would look good only slightly deeper but maybe not quite as much as the third pic. Keep in mind that with a lower neck line that you might be tugging at it thru the night to keep it up….it was made that way for a reason and if you alter it too much it might not fit properly.

But I do agree that a little deeper would look good!

I think it’s much better how it is now because I think that a lot of the time, deep sweethearts are too revealing by the end of the night and all you see is boobs

Oh god please leave it as is! It’s such a GORGEOUS dress and looks amazing the way it is! I’d be so worried about messing up the beading.
