Just a couple things to think about:

  1. Correct the spelling on “Party”
  2. Honestly, it does look like something my child would make
  3. Do you want your invitations to match?
  4. Do you want it to match your color scheme and feel of the wedding?
  5. I would change the pink/orange combo as it is hard to read (feels psychedelic tripping)
  6. Do you want “hitched” and “party” in there to describe your wedding? It sounds like a backyard hoe-down with a wedding thrown in there.

I don’t want to be harsh or mean at all but with you already thinking about re-doing them, think about all the other aspects you might want to tie in with it.

You can do a lot of DIY ones on Zazzle and Vistaprint pretty inexpensively. Take a look at those.

I think that it does look a little bit childish, but if you’re planning on having a whimsical wedding, that would be okay.  Also, I don’t like how the fonts look together, but that’s just me.  I agree with MrsTtoB, maybe if you changed the colors to match your wedding colors it would be better, and it is a little bit difficult to read.  But it’s a good first try! 🙂

Could you get them made as two Save-The-Date Cards per magnet and then cut them in half (so in Illustrator have one on top of another one). That way you’d be looking for a magnet of 5.5×4 which might be an easier size to find?
