Following! My Mom is a few states away and making my dress. Just pestered her for some photos. Found some ivory silk dupioni. It will be a full skirt, with pockets, lined with some of her original wedding dress. V neck and back and 3/4 sleeves.

LOVE the dress! I’m in the beginning stages of planning to design&sew my dress and I was curious how long this is taking you…progress?

I’m soooo jealous of those of you who can make your own dress! Oh my! I’m going to consult a professional about making my dress… I just got my fabric from Mood in NY (just a swatch so far). I’m hoping to finish losing weight first before I can have it made. I drew a terrible picture 😏
