I would talk to your gyno. There are pills you can take that can delay your period. I know you had your reasons for not being on the pill. I am not sure if the pill I am thinking of will have the same affect. I cant remember the name exactly (I have seen it mentioned here before) but it might be worth a shot. Your wedding is close so the sooner the better. Good luck.

@erincredible:  Yeah. They can put you on a super low dose and provided you take it at the same time, it’ll like freeze your period. Then when the wedding/honeymoon is over you can just stop taking it.

@erincredible:  Err, yeah, I think it would. I would definitely talk to your gyno/family doctor about it though.

Yes, I would certainly see if there wasn’t something which might help you medically. It might not be a full blown pill, but it might help to delay things a bit.

But, take note of what you yourself said, you are a bitch…until you remember that your period is coming!

I think the fact that you know that it is coming will totally help you to feel a bit more in control and to put perspective on things.

I guess my only other advice is to try and be as organised as possible with as little to do that week as you possibly can so that there are fewer rage moments?
