I am using a spreadsheet.  Basically it has their names, addresses, email addresses and a slot for the rsvps.  i think the knot has a pretty good one as well.

I used a spreadsheet that I downloaded from a template on microsoft office.

It kept the individual names (which I used for place cards) and the “title” I used for the invitations as well as address, size of party, etc for counting numbers

I got software for cheap, it’s called iDo and it organized everything for me.  My fav part was actually how it organized the vendor info and when I had to pay them all.  It’s been super helpful wiht writing thank you notes now.

Oh I’ll have to check out the one on The Knot – – I have made an excel spreadsheet, that has 9 columns; first name, first name, last name, guest name/kids, street address, city, state, zip, rsvp.  Then I have it in order like this; family, Fiance family, parents friends, Fiance parents’ friends, my friends, Fiance friends.

Clearly I am trying my hardest to be as organised as possible….in my everyday life I am SO not organized so this wedding planning has been really funny because there isn’t a detail out of place…… HAAHAAHAAHAA

I used Google Documents for a spreadsheet and its really come in handy because I can edit the lists from work and both of our computers at home.  Plus I was able to give the shower guest list to my sister and cousin just by sending them a link and now they have access and can edit if they need to.

@Grey56 – – just looked into iDO and that looks fantastic, if you don’t mind me asking did you buy the $29.95 or the $37.95?

I have an excel spreadsheet that I used for a mail merge for the labels.  I also printed one off that has all their info, if they have RSVP’d, the # of ppl in their party, and their gift.  That way I can keep track of it all and use it when it’s time for thank you notes!

@jackie-o: I don’t know!  My husband bought it for me.  I don’t even know what a product key is??  I looked it up on wikipedia but that didn’t really help.  He also installed it for me.  Ack.  I’m no help.  I can ask him if you’d like?  He’s been away on business but he’ll be home tonight.
