Hello, I am planning my daughter’s wedding and we are using gold and crystal manzanita trees as her centerpieces. Her tables will consist of ivory knot linens, gold chargers, votive candles and red rose petals. The red roses are the only red on the tables. Problem is where the tree meets the top of the planter, it looks void. We do not want flowers in the branches, just at the base of the tree where it meets the pot. We prefer fresh flowers. For those of you that have placed flowers in the pots, how did you do it and how did you keep them fresh all night? We can’t add the expense of a florist making a floral ring for every tree, even though that would be perfect. So, if anyone knows of a source that would show us how to make an easy floral ring or has had experience decorating Manzanita’s with flowers, please, share!!
