Last year I ran my first half marathon. And with one my good friends by my side, I’m going to start training to run a full marathon on November! I’m so excited about running again with a goal in mind! In addition to training, I’ll also be doing Jillian Michael’s Making the Cut in order to start eating right and toning up.
I’m so excited. Anyone else training for a Marathon?

Congratulations! You’re my hero! I’m just starting to really enjoy running and am hoping to start marathon training next Spring. Both my parents were avid marathon runners and I’d like to give it a shot.
Is there a specific training routine you’ve been following?

I followed Hal Higdon’s guide for my half, so I’ll be following that as well for the full. I’m not a runner in the least bit (I’m a climber, so a lot more strength than cardio), but when I have a goal in mind, I can get amped pretty easily.
