Not March but September… we haven’t even started planning because it’s so far away. Done on purpose to enjoy this time! Wedding planning is so stressful.

Woo! Booked for March 30 2019! It will be our 3 year anniversary on that date! We have a lot done but a lot left to go! We started early because I’m changing jobs and won’t have a lot of time for planning In the next 6 months lol

– Venues booked

– Wedding party asked

– colors selected

– photographers searched and chosen (but not booked)

– DJ chosen (but not booked)

-guest list narrowed down

– I’ve made our invitations myself as I have a background in graphic design

March 2019 bride here! We started planning as in we decided on a destination wedding in Oahu. Thought we settled on resort (which has wedding packages so some planning would be done) until some feedback from weddingbee posters has us second guessing the resort. We have a couple of months before we have to book the venue.

MARCH 09 2019 checking in! Recently engaged on the last night of Hannukah 🙂 Nothing booked yet (basking in the engagement glow!) but both the Hubs and I want to book our Italian honeymoon now, if we can agree on the location. Venue searching in NYC will begin soon!

Hi Bees!! Engaged in South Korea in November and now looking to get married in Maui March 2019 🙂  Fiance and I just booked tickets to check out venues in March of this year. Any one else planning a destination wedding?

I planned my wedding in a 50’s style with lots of Jazz, short Bridesmaid or Best Man dresses, hign heels, and red lips. While now I’m getting a little nervous because my Fiance said maybe it would look like a night club…yell

lisavvvvv :  What kind of nightclubs does he go to? 50’s vintage sounds fab. I myself will be rocking a bold red lip on my wedding day!

How’s planning going everyone else?

March 2 2019 bride here, I’ve started planning. We can’t book our venue until a year out. We have a cake tasting next weekend. Found my dress, havent bought it yet, found a photographer and DJ will probably book in May. They are personal friends. We have gone with the Church on the USC campus and our reception at the California African American museum. I have caterers i am deciding between. We are doing a Harlem Renaissance themed wedding. My tables will be named after important figures during that time.

I start nursing school in August so I’m trying to get all the wedding planning done before I start,  I won’t have the time.
