MsBeer :  Plans are going well thanks! I’ve had a long engagement (Got engaged April 2017). Booked date, venue, photographer, videographer, and found my dress. So excited we are less than a year away now! I’m getting married March 16th. How are plans going with you?

misscalloween :  Sounds like it is all going very well. All going well with me. Had my first dress fitting this weekend so got an idea of alterations and costs. About to instruct a florist today. Got cake tasting next weekend and then that will be it pretty much for planning (or at least until next year)

I’m a March 2019 bride!! We don’t live in an area where location book out 1.5-2 years in advance so we started going to venues in late May. The venue we fell in love with only had one date left in March 2019 since it’s closing for renovations in April so we jumped on it! It just so happens to be a day after FH’s birthday and we saw it as a sign, haha.

March 2019 bride here as well!

My fiance and I are getting married on our 8 year anniversary date. We’ve been engaged for over 2.5 years now, and we’re so excited to finally do this thing! laughing

Hi ladies, any updates on wedding planning for March 2019 brides? I’m a March 2019 bride too and we have the venue, caterer, photographer and day-of coordinator booked now. Any other brides have issues deciding on a dress due to budget? I can’t seem to justify paying more than $500 for a dress that will be worn once.

How are you March 2019 brides doing? We‘re getting married 23rd. Have been planning for 9 months now and have been engaged since almost 3 years.

I‘m getting excited but also stressed as I had major dress regrets and am still not settled on a dress. And we still have to organize some minor things.

And than there are the cultural differences; he‘s Mexican, I‘m Swiss and we‘re getting married here in Mexico where we‘ve been living for 3 years. It‘s not about him, but his familiy. I‘m going nuts. But am getting to a point now, where I mabyr just don‘t care anymore.

MsBeer :  Have you everything set already? We have so many little things to organize still. And I feel like it’s a never ending story.

I am March 23rd, and we are almost all done! All the big stuff is booked, and all we have left to do is some signs for around the venue (guest book, bar signs, etc.), we have to put the candles in the lanters (all battery operated and on a remote, so just need to check that out before the big day to make sure they all work), and finish the hotel welcome bags!

MsBeer :  Yeah, all we have to do is finish the welcome bags (we are doing a couple of local treats, so we are getting those the week of, but everything else for them is done! We are making all final payments by next week and all the RSVPs are due Friday! Bachelorette party was last weekend and I’m so excited!
