Yesterday I spoke with my OB about moving forward with an HSG. A few hours later I tested and got what I now realize was a super squinter on a Pregmate (I had convinced myself they were just mean indent lines). This morning they are a little darker so apparently my uterus was scared into submission at the sound of an HSG lol. I’m a little nervous about the lightness of the FRER given the concentration of the urine I used, but hopefully it’s just because it is early (9dpo). I’ll probably try to go for betas tomorrow. Regardless of what happens, I’m grateful to even make it to this point!

@lakelady5:  I’m still lurking. Congratulations!!!

(To both you and Diana. Idk how to mention two usernames when they span different pages.) You both give me hope that sometimes patience is rewarded.

@dianaj17:  Thank you! Apparently I like to torture myself–I have POAS several times today. The line seemed lighter tonight than this afternoon, so I’m even more worried about another loss. Ugh. Trying to just chill out and not think about it, there is nothing I can do about it right now. Time will tell.

@frostedforks:  Sending you both so much baby dust. I’ll be lurking on here to support bees who have been on this journey with me.

@dianaj17:  YES! It will be so nice to have someone who understands the anxiety. Really hoping this is both of our rainbows!

@lakelady5:  I know the struggle, so my only advice is to do your best to reign in the POAS. Easier said than done, I know. Did you get betas done?

AFM, I did not listen to the advice I literally just gave you, and did POAS…my last FRER. I didn’t do a progression last time, so it’s fun, but I’m telling myself NOT to go buy any more. I’m feeling reasonably confident going into today’s beta.

@dianaj17:  Congratulations! At the risk of sounding like a creep, I’ve been following your journey and I had a similar experience, CP followed by another BFP, and the anxiety was rough but it does get better! I have everything crossed that this is your sticky babe! My 8 week old son (my sticky babe post CP) is currently napping in his pack and play. Happy and healthy nine months to you!

@dianaj17:  Woo that progression looks awesome! Good luck at today’s beta and keep us posted!
I just called my doctor to request betas today (worried they would think I was a lunatic doing it yesterday at 9dpo haha) so hopefully they get back to me soon. Although they usually don’t call back until after 5, at which point the lab is closed. So I may have to wait until tomorrow. I had a mini meltdown after my FMU FRER didn’t show progression. So I tried SMU (which is what I tested with yesterday) and it was a little better. So fingers crossed. Top is FMU, bottom is SMU.

 By the way, does anyone know a good app to combine multiple photos of tests into one in order to see line progression (that way they are all taken within the time frame)?

@lakelady5:  today’s SMU will be the progression that matters! Any beta updates? I’m ANXIOUSLY awaiting my second ones. On Tuesday, I got the email at 10:02, so I’ve just been trying not to vomit while my heart races. As for apps, I just searched “photo collage” and picked the top rated free one (#nottechsavvy)

ETA: HCG went from 33 to 106, and progesterone went from 21.3 to 25.3! I know that this is just one of many hurdles to come, but for today…I can breathe.

@dianaj17:  Just saw your updated betas–YAYYYY! That’s an amazing rise!

I got my betas done yesterday (10dpo) and they were 45.7! I was looking back at my tests from my miscarriage and these ones are definitely darker. So we are cautiously optimistic. Do you have any symptoms yet? I was very hungry and thirsty at 9dpo, but that has waned, so it makes me nervous. I had no symptoms with my miscarriage but a ton with DD early on.
