Merelton:  Is it possible your thermometer is malfunctioning? It just seems weird to have the exact same temperature day after day… I wonder if there’s something wrong with it.

Ok bees, wwyd time… 2 days late, 14 dpo, bfns on 11dpo and 12dpo. Tiny infrequent cramps and very light brown cm for last five days or so.

Test? Wait? Laugh? Cry?!

KatieBklyn:  phoebephoebo:  I have an appointment with my OB/GYN in a litter over a week. I’ll tell her about this and hopefully she’ll tell me what kind of tests I need to take. It’s just so frustrating. Everything with my body seemed to be working pretty well these last seven months and then this cycle is a mystery.

I guess it is possible something is wrong with the thermometer. Although, I did take my temp this morning after I got out of bed and moved around a bit and it was slightly higher…but I think that’s why they suggest you take it while still in bed.

I wish I knew what was going on with me.

But nope…bfn again.  Im not wasting any more money on tests this month! Just wish af would hurry up. I’m on bl00dy cycle day 37 or something – why has it decided to stretch out all of a sudden?!

whybee:  boo! I was scrolling and hoping I’d see your BFP finally 🙁 Can’t tell ya why your cycle has stretched out…I think TTC plays with our minds or something!

I’m onto cycle 2/3 (1 we didn’t try too hard) and I’ve got my game face on! I think I’m going to try Mucinex and OPK’s. No tempting yet due to my wacky schedule (I work nights 3 x week) so not sure if it would even provide helpful info. I’ve read many posts about OPKs buuuutttttt when should I start them, what CD do you all do? My cycles are about 30-32 days…

fridaythe13bride:  I start once a day OPKs from CD 8 BUT I have had a weird cycle that I O’d at 11 so… I also use cheapies so I don’t care that I’m often using them for 12-13 days (I can be as late as CD20, but usually O at 15-17). I think the suggested day to start is CD10 thou 🙂

phoebephoebo:  oh I prob will end up doing the AMH etc when I get in to see the specialists. Obviously Dr just did all the tests he was able to, which looked for the obvious reasons for infertility. Looking up clinics (we have about 3 nearby (ie 30-40 mins away in the city)) they say they run all these same tests again anyway PLUS more obviously to look for other reasons. I see a lot of bruising in my future 🙂 hehe to be fair the only reason I bruised this last time was because of the GTT (glucose tolerance) and it required blood being taken 3 times over 2 hours, I only bruised after the 3rd so… I don’t think that’s on the standard infertility work up so fingers crossed I won’t bruise again. 

I get staying only here for a while… I still go to 1+ but literally these 2 are it (I have them both bookmarked on my iPad). Luckily I can see the last page to skip to (always have) but it just takes so long to load now I can’t be bothered lurking around the other TTC boards :-p

Can someone help me? Last month I BD’ed for 14 days straight…. I thought ” more sex” would help me conceive but I got a BFN! So I was told by a bunch of people that a “every other day” approach is better.

 

This is my ferile window? I am thinking of BDING 18, 20, 22, and 24. 

Does this seem like a good idea?
