E_Lynne615:  NOOOOOOOOO! Try to keep super busy so you don’t think about it! And definitely don’t come back on here where we are all anxious for you and will just feed your anxiousness! Haha.

phoebephoebo:  Thanks! I know what you mean about choosing the glass half full approach.  That’s where I was at over the weekend.  I kept thinking of reasons why it’s good that it wasn’t happening this month.  For example, being able to save more money, not having to worry about what I’m eating/drinking.  I cannot wait to see your BFP!

Also, thanks to everyone else for the congrats! It doesn’t feel real, hopefully the line will keep getting darker, and that will make it feel more real.

determinedtobee:  super exciting news! Congratulations!

phoebephoebo:  sorry to hear, but I love your positive attitude! I hope some of it rubs off on me. Drink up at the wedding, and have a fantastic time in New York, you lucky thing 🙂

E_Lynne615:  aah, I was reading the thread and getting more and more excited that you would have news! Waiting for results is the worst. Let’s hope it’s worth the wait though.

So after 17 hours of cramps, AF finally decided to show her stupid face… At least now I know what the doctor’s office will say when they call…

Trying really hard to stay positive – it’s the middle of my work day, so I can’t break down.. So here’s the bright side:

1. I’ll get to have my foot surgery this weekend, which will hopefully go well and I can finally get back to running and working out once I’ve recovered.

2. I had the longest LP that I’ve had in the 5 cycles since I started charting (the only thing I did differently this month was take Biotin and Vitamin C every day along with my pre-natal..) – it was 14-17 days (depending on when I actually O’d). It has only been 10-12 days in the past.

3. If I get pregnant this next cycle, I will have an early January baby, so I could potentially have Christmas break off and then just go on maternity leave – lots of free time to get ready for baby…

4. I won’t have to worry about “showing” by the end of the school year, so I won’t have to think about hiding things from my students/coworkers for as long..

5. Second trimester would start around July 4, so that would be a great time to be able to announce a pregnancy and there wouldn’t be any “major summer events” to have to hide not drinking before then..

That’s all I can come up with.. And I won’t be able to POAS in April, my next AF isn’t due until May 1 or 2, and I’m not testing before then.  Good luck to those that are still waiting and to everyone that rolled over into April!!

E_Lynne615:  Had some more light spotting today, but that’s it.  Going to POAS with FMU tomorrow, if AF doesn’t rear her ugly head by then.

Don’t let it get you down. I love your list of positives, especially 3 and 5. I think we should all do this if we see AF or a BFN.   Our whole families are social drinkers, so I’m still trying to figure out how I’m going to hide that for as long as possible.  Good luck on your foot surgery.

Ok guys, Today is cycle day 25. I usually only have 25 day cycles, so my period is due tomorrow! I ovulated day day 17 so today is 8dpo.

I know, I know, super short luteal phase : ( All month I’ve been talking b6 and vitaman E so we shall see!

Yesterday and today I had some gushes of white lotiony type CM. Is that a sign of anything?

Tested neg with a cheapie today.

E_Lynne615:  Great ways to look at the positive! I wouldnt want to be pregnany and then need foot surgery in the first trimester with all the pain meds you would need, anethesia, good grief! so maybe you were “meant” to wait until it was over and you are 100% perfectly healthy and ready to get prego! good luck to you!

sara79:  yellow7404:  I agree, I tend to believe that everything happens for a reason (even the stuff that really absolutely sucks at the moment)… So it’ll be good that I can get this surgery taken care of now – they said I would have had to wait until after a pregnancy to get the surgery otherwise, so at least I will be able to walk/run/workout throughout a pregnancy once this is fixed…

yellow7404:  If things don’t work out this cycle, try taking Vitamin C all throughout next cycle – I saw another bee make a thread about that when I was looking into how to extend my 10-12 day LP, so I tried it this month and had a 14 day LP! But hopefully you don’t even have to think about it and you will get your BFP!!

anna4041:  I think it’s a great idea for everyone to try to make a list of ‘positives’ when they have to rollover or rolldown.. Can’t wait to hear your results tomorrow!!

E_Lynne615:  I’m so happy to see all the positives! I think next cycle sounds way better than this one ever did based on that list. I can’t imagine how much worse your foot would have been with all the pregnancy weight. Good luck with the surgery this weekend!
