I got my ood results, I have a slightly low iron count and slightly high white blood cell count, but nothing to explain my exhaustion! hopefully more answers from the ultrasound. So, here is what’s going on at the moment. Crazy exhaustion (napping twice a day), stabbing pains/feeling of tearing muscle when I turn too quickly in lower abdomen, and (this one is extra strange for me) a CRAZY sex drive! Never in my life have a been so “needy”,  trying to control my urges so we don’t “waste” sperm lol. But seriously, twice a day for the last week, at least! whatttttt?!?!?!?!?!? Lol or maybe it’s just a sign that this is our month???

Ah, I don’t believe in the threory “of wasting good sperm”, this will motivate your DH even more probably, hehe. My DH didn’t get lucky for 4 weeks now,  as I had some bleeding and want to wait till my next OB appointment to get thumbs up, so I am really jealous right now, haha.

@phoebephoebo:  Aaah yes the dreaded aspartimine – I’m giving up the Coke Zero too. Probably a good thing DH is out of town today because I’m day 3 of no coke and going crazy. I did drink a coffee yesterday for the caffeine and I probably will again today, just because last time I “detoxed” from coke I got terrible headaches – thou I did used to drink waaaaay too much! Also drinking this nasty tea for “liver detox” (so it says on the box) mainly because I thought hmmm peppermint and liquorice tea – that’s gotta be yummy! Wrong hehe but I have 14 more tea bags to go and dammit I am not gonna waste them hehe never know I may like it by the end. The Lite’n easy will hopefully reduce my carbs again and without the coke no more caffeine – whoo hoo πŸ™‚ Just hope it’s not too much change at once again because unfortunately I find my will power slipping way too easily hehe.

Glad you enjoy running the thread – I think my problem was the 2nd month i was doing it, I hit a “it’ll never happen” waa waa moment and AF arrived half way thru the month – so I struggled with updating others BFPs… I did it but it made me feel broken cos I at the time was one of the longer term TTCers at like 6 cycles haha. That said even now once AF arrives I move to the next POAS board and never look back hehe

Ok back to the weight loss thing! Anyone tried Plexus Slim? I am not really a fan of the “fads” but if it is something I can use to boost my efforts I’m willing to give it a go. Thou if I get enough – it is BS responses too then I know not to waste my money. If I do try something like this it won’t be for a few months (you know like when my gym willpower fades hehehe)

@ShellVee:  I don’t know much about Plexus Slim, but I’m just very much against any sort of dieting ‘shakes/pills/magic bullets’… I think a lot of people think that if they can just lose X pounds and get to their goal weight as quickly as possible, then that’s the best way to go. When in reality, maintaining that new weight is going to be the hard part and then they’re going to do the dreaded yo-yo’ing… SO anyway, I’d caution you against it.

@mrstea83:  Haha – love the dancing – I’ve been feeling that way too! I’m actually wondering if I’m going to O earlier than normal this cycle.. I’ve never had this much CM this early!

@E_Lynne615:  yeah I’m kinda against all of it too because I’ve tried everything in the book to try to lose weight and nothing ever works – it’s just one of my gf is using it and she is losing it quickly. I’m also concerned because if I don’t lose weight I can’t do anything about my infertility and i am also worried that my issues getting pregnant might be due to my weight. It’s like this big circle of confusion over here. For the moment I am going to do the healthy eating and exercise thing again & hope I can maintain the willpower long enough to see results. I know ultimately too if I were to get KU it’d be better if I was eating and exercising more healthily and shakes/drinks etc won’t be maintainable anyway.
