@b00kbug:  Well I’m here to support you in your working out!! One of my biggest fears is putting on too much weight while pregnant and then not being able to get it off after. :p

@CocoLoco523:  YAY!!! So happy to see you roll call. It’s not like I stalk you or anything. πŸ˜‰

Good luck with Crossfit! I am a serious addict. It is tough once you are pregnant if you get fatigue like me but the trainers are amazing and modify to fit your needs. I had a session last night with my personal trainer, it was rough but not so difficult that I couldn’t do it.

I’ll be roll calling, I just don’t have time at the moment! HeHe. Really unsure about how I feel about this rollCall. On one side, I’m anxious to just keep trying, whatever it takes. On the other, I really don’t want a Christmas baby….my birthday is next to Christmas and it’s awful!

What a lot of beer and wine talk on this thread! To be expected when started by an Irishwoman, I suppose πŸ˜‰ Without going into too much detail(!), I would say my rollcall is imminent…

@CocoLoco523:  Nice to see you back on the POAS boards πŸ™‚ I have the same big fear about weight and pregnancy…

@phoebephoebo: Tbh I think I’m finding the lack of BFP a bit easier to swallow this time around – although I’m sure there are many more ups and downs to come! But, this seems like a great thread already so there’s a silver lining to my rollover πŸ™‚

@b00kbug:  Oh my that is SO CUTE!!!!! My DH is starting a brewery on his fathers winery and that would be the best way ever to announce! I am just hoping that I am already WAY pregnant by the time the brewery is up and running πŸ™‚

@CocoLoco523:  Having a workout buddy would be awesome πŸ˜€  I plan on trying to some simple ab work this week to see how my body reacts to an accelerated heart beat. For a few weeks after my surgery, just walking quickly would make my face throb in really bad pain, but it has stopped since then. My Dr said ab work was a must for pregnant women since it helps with labor.

@phoebephoebo:  Yes, it can be quite a challenge. It combines powerlifting with gymnastics. I’m liking it so far!

@Treejewel19:  You can stalk! I don’t mind. πŸ™‚ A good friend of mine did CrossFit well into her 9th month! She’s pretty hardcore though. But the coaches modified for her as well. Oh and I read about your husband’s announcement earlier today (yeah, I stalk too… ;)) and I teared up. Forgive me for not posting at the time, I have been off and on The Bee today.

@b00kbug:  Absolutely! However, you can’t do some core work later in pregnancy since your abdominal muscles start to separate. Planks are a great core strengthener. I also have a TRX band at home to do core work. I love planks, side planks, knee-glides, etc. My main workouts have been power hot yoga.
