Hi ladies, I just started it last week, so there’s not a lot of content yet, but I’d love to have some followers, and some feedback! It’s a wedding/event inspiration blog, since I’m no where near getting engaged let alone married 🙂

Also, off topic somewhat, but if someone can explain to me how to link a website in a way that it links as a word as opposed to the site address, that would be amazing. I’ve tried a bunch of different things, but obviously I’ve been missing something. Feel free to PM me the directions, so I don’t threadjack 🙂

Hi! I’m Nicole. I’m a Communications Professional, James Madison University grad, and a writer. I love yoga, tea, painting, baking, knitting, feminist things, animals, and vegetarianism.

I keep a regular blog at: http://wordsthatchangedme.blogspot.com and I write about life decisions, taking risks, and being grateful. When I ended my 8 year relationship, I couldn’t even think about marriage. After a lot of personal reflection, I realized that one of my incredible guy friends became my boyfriend.

We were in a long-distance relationship while I worked in D.C. for a year, but then I moved to Tallahassee. Now we are engaged, and we are getting married next weekend.

Check out my blogpost about letting the wedding stress get to me. When Ring Pops made me cry: http://wordsthatchangedme.blogspot.com/2013/03/wedding-plannin-part-ii-reality-check.html

I love hearing from readers! Please make my day and follow my blog: http://wordsthatchangedme.blogspot.com

I’m over at Everyday Adventures!

We just re-did our master bathroom, and promptly decided to never do home repairs again. So I’ve been blogging about that lately. And other life stuff too. 🙂

I started my blog last August to have an outlet for my wedding DIY stuff, so if you go backwards that’s there. There are also a few recap posts from our Italian Film Festival wedding (I still need to recap the reception though, whoops!). I am sporradic in my updates – sometimes it’s once a week, sometimes it’s once a month. I’m sort of transitioning it into a family/home/cooking/crafting/decor/newlywed blog, so admittedly it is a bit all over the place. If you’re looking for a light read though, my last few entries were about manatees, Valentine’s day, and some of my favorite things (including a bunch of funny memes), so please feel free to stop by!
