With all due respect, you may have had a great experience but that doesn’t mean that everyone else has. I didn’t personally work with her so I really have no clue about her abilities but if someone took the time to write a review, whether it be positive or negative, it shouldn’t be disregarded. Frankly, having the vendor blatantly post fake reviews on their own behalf isn’t doing them any favors.

@UpstateCait:  exactly….that fake review ALONE would make me run away…

@smcs28:  Yep. No respectable vendor would do that. If you disagree with something that’s written about you then create a post in your own defense. Don’t pose as a satisfied customer in an attempt to trick others into thinking that you’re good. OR if you are going to make a fake post, at least be smart enough to create a new username. Seriously, that’s like spamming 101.

@luvmyDwight:  No, not at all. We’re referring to the other post where the vendor created a fake review.

This website has a vendor review section for a reason. Clients who have had poor experiences look for sites where they can share their experiences with others. This is the same as creating an account on weddingwire to post about a vendor.

@luvmyDwight:  If you look at the link that I posted on the other thread, it’s created by the same username, “smithy”, that posted a rave review in response to the negative one. The vendor saw the review from the OP of the other thread, complained to WB about it by making the support ticket DEMANDING that it be taken down and then posed as a satisfied customer to detract from the other OP’s negative review. That’s not exactly a vendor that I would consider reputable.

I think UpstateCait is saying that Malene Jolley created an account posing as a satisfied customer- therefore creating a positive review, under her own name. She reveals that she is the owner, yet she is also a “customer” who had a great experience with herself.

@Caballito:  Yep, that’s exactly what I’m saying.

I think this can go under the vendor review section.

ETA: People have completely different experiences with vendors and someones bad experience is really nothing for you to explain.

@luvmyDwight:  You have to admit that it’s fishy…
