I am looking into maybe purchasing a marquise half eternity band as my wedding band. I havent seen this style too often and I like the fact that it is different and somewhat unique. The only thing is; my engagement ring is a 3 stone emerald cut yellow gold ring (different in its own way as well) and I’m not too sure exactly how they would look together since I can’t find them at any local jewelery store to physically try it on.
So I’m hoping some of you bees can show me some of your marquise cut bands!! Pretty please & thank you in advance.
Im also posting images of some of the rings I found online that I liked.

The second one is beautiful …top one looks dated to me.

I think the second one is probably a better match for an emerald cut engagement ring. I think the first one would compete with the emerald cut.

Those north/south marquise bands were very prevalent in the 1980s and if you peek at middle-aged women’s hands you’ll see quite a few still around. They are lovely in their own way but they will have a higher profile, which may “bump and grind” with your three stone. I’d highly recommend that you try several on to be sure that you like the feel of them stacked. If you solder, it won’t be as much an issue.
I have a five-stone east/west marquise band in yg that I love, very similar to what eisforlove: posted. I appreciate how it sits flush with most any of my other stackers, too.

I like the east west bands myself.

eisforlove: The thing is, I’m not sure how I feel about east/west band. But seeing NFL’s band is so beautiful I will reconsider
lovealways: I agree, comparing both of them together the bottom one looks much better
melbournebee87: I think the second one too , probavly would be less of a gap in between
