little trip but I was stuck because it was on the stairs (as I was walking up to the stage) and I was standing on my dress, holding the rail with one hand and my bouquet with the other and I couldn’t lift my legs. I just stood there LOL. One of my bridesmaids came to help me but I just pulled really hard with my leg and ripped my dress a little to get up hahahaha. It felt like 5 minutes went by because I knew EVERYONE was looking at me but a friend got it on tape and it was only 10 seconds or so. Looks like I was having second thoughts or something the way I was just standing there with a terrified look on my face 2 steps from the top of the stage. LOLOL

I don’t think anyone other than my photographer and my husband saw my shoes! I bought shoes that I knew would be very comfortable, but after 12 hours I kicked them off at the end of the night and danced in my bare feet!

My family was well aware of the beauty and work that went into my shoes… I also have a serious shoe obsession. So once we hit cocktail hour I had tons of women wanting to see them and take pictures. I also think it hlped that I had a slit in my dress and you could see them peeking out and sparkling all over the place.

Me too! I don’t mind spending $$$ on nice heels, but I mind spending $$$ on nice heels I’ll only wear for an hour and never wear again. I’m starting to think I should just get some cute flats and splurge on jewelry as opposed to two pairs of shoes.

Hah, not a damn person except my photographer. I wore glitter covered chuck taylors and danced the night away with zero pain. 🙂 No one realized I wasn’t wearing “nice” shoes until around 10 when I was slightly tipsy and started showing them off to everyone.

My photographer and one other person i think….lol.

Not a single person! I loved my gold glitter flats, but the only time they made an appearance was during the garter toss 🙂

Everyone knows how much of a shoe whore I am, so everyone knew that I was going to have something exceptional for the wedding…and I did! Bright pink Louboutin’s and I forced kindly asked, my hubbs to wear bright pink socks. Everyone loved it and was asking to see! I think I loved my shoes more than my dress 🙂

The wedding went so fast I honestly can’t remember if anyone asked to see them. My advice – I wouldn’t put shoes as a priority and I wouldn’t spend a lot on them unless I had a tee length dress. My dress was long and no one could see them anyway.

I guess if you are known to have nice/fancy shoes… do it. People will probably ask. If not it probably won’t matter.

They are! Sorry they didn’t work out for you dear. I knew my size in SM because I have a few other pairs of that same shoe in different colors and materials lol.

Yep, almost everyone at the wedding asked to see my shoes (I had a very small wedding, though, close family and friends only). It was funny, I didn’t expect it. But one guy even took a pic of them, lol. 😉
