@NY152:  They’re Talbots, but I picked them up at Marshalls for $20! They were so cute and comfy, and I loved wearing them on my wedding day. 🙂

SOOO many people asked to see my shoes! Having read some of the other posts here, I wonder if it started off because people know I like fancy shoes anyway. Once the first lot of people had seen my shoes, I gather they told other people who then asked to see my shoes, and on and on and on. We’ve seen a lot of photos of me trying to pick up all the layers of my skirt in order to stick a foot out.

I have a massive thing about shoes and am building up quite the designer collection lol.  At parties, people alwys want to see my shoes because they know they’ll be something special, and everyone knows I’ll be wearing nice shoes for the wedding, so, I think I’ll probably get quite a lot of requests to flash them lol.

For me though, whether people see them or not is irrelevant; I just could not wear cheap shoes on my wedding day, I wear $800 pairs to local clubs and restaurants, so the thought of wearing non-designer on my wedding day just isn’t right to me. But, I have chosen 2 pairs that I can wear again after as they’re in a silvery colour (white/ivory was a no for me as I wouldn’t ever wear them again).
