Probably not the sweetest/most romantic response you’ll get, but I loved after our food arrived, and we got to quietly sit at our sweetheart table by ourselves and reflect on the day. We got to be “alone”, but still present and engaged with our guests. It was nice.
I also loved getting to sink into our jacuzzi tub after we got back to the condo we’d rented, while watching Ancient Aliens.

Me, my husband and a bunch of guests danced and laughed to the song “Drink” by Alestorm, a pirate rock band… it wasn’t the sweetest moment on paper but I looked over at my new husband and he was the happiest I’ve ever seen him: newly married and dancing with all of his friends and family to a song he loved. He caught my eye and we smiled at each other… it was a perfect moment.

So many moments… but I love this one. We had just had the ceremony and signed the certificate, while the others were signing it our celebrant sent us off to have a moment on our own.

We got married at 6:00 PM, and had spent the night apart as well as the entire wedding day. TBH my favourite moment was the end of the night, we went back to our hotel, and we had a bottle of champagne and just talked for like 2 hours about the day etc.

being at the alter and just looking into each other’s eyes. It was so perfect. I thought I’d be nervous, I only noticed him.

We eloped last minute on a vacation, basically just threw away the wedding plans we had done. it was outside, in a park, under a gazebo. It was drizzling rain as well! My favorite part was looking straight into his eyes while he said his vows and seeing them tear up a little bit.
also, we chose a restaurant we weren’t familiar with, and ate there afterwards. It was REPULSIVE, but we laughed so hard, and I’ll never forget it.

Awe, that’s sweet. Mine wasn’t so much anything spoken. It was a quiet moment alone before our vows and then when I smashed cake in his face [I told him we would NOT be doing that ;)] and he grabbed me and rubbed his cakey face on my face. It was totally us and it still makes me laugh.
