I’m just starting stalk the weather reports, and it looks like it will probably rain on our wedding day. I’m trying to come to terms with this, and would love photos or stories of other bees upon whom it rained on your wedding day. 🙂

Well it didnt rain it POURED! I had to switch my venue two days before the wedding because it was outside previously. I found an old church built in 1901 that had one saturday for the entire year available and it happened to be our saturday! I had to cancel rentals, hire a valet crew, and direct all my guests from the outside site (5 miles away) to the church. Not to mention Obama was in town AND it was HORRIBLY STORMING all weekend long, so traffic getting into the city ws a nightmare.
I will say the rain brought us all closer together, huddled indoors and dancing the night away while the city glistened with rain drops. It was so very intimate and lovely. It deifnitely made our Hawaiin honeymoon that much more enjoyable to escape the rain!
