Did you still wind up thinking about and wishing you bought a different dress for the big day after the fact?
Just curious because 6 months later and I still think about the other dress I almost bought instead of the one I wore.

I had dress regrets, until I went for my final fitting! I bought a reception dress that I absolutely love as well! So I kept my original first love and bought another love for the reception : )

I chose other. I LOVED my dress (second one, still trying to sell the original. stupid impulse buy!) but I wish I would have gotten it taken in more, or had a corset back. And the trim around the edges didn’t stay up like it was supposed to, and my bustle broke.

I had major dress regret and even purchased a second dress in a moment of panic (which I ended up returning after my 2nd fitting). After about 4 fittings, a crinoline and a crystal belt, I ended up LOVING my dress. No regrets now, and I am so happy I stuck with it! It really was perfect.

I had serious dress regeret – i had 5 months to plan my wedding and was freaked out after my first visit to a salon when they told me the “6 month rule” for ordering dresses. I went to one other store after that and found a dress i really liked and knew i could get it ordered and shipped in time. After that i went back to the first store and tried on the mori lee i really loved – after some thought i figured it would be safest to buy the other dress i liked from the second store that could guarantee delivery. I dreamt of the first dress for so long, i whined to my husband for months leading up to the wedding about the dress regret. since my mom paid for the dress i had no intentions of buying another nor did i have the time.
Everything changed the day of my wedding though, i felt amazing and more beautiful than i ever have before. I fell in love with my dress all over again and really remembered why i liked it in the beginning. it was a gorgeous dress and photographed really well. I was so happy with my dress choice , im glad i didnt change it and i feel like a fool for all the times i whined about it.
