Heck no! My wedding wasn’t worth what we paid for it. It was worth waaay more than the $600 we shelled out for it, lol. Priceless.

But honestly, the stress, doubt, and tears were worth it in the end.

I am not sure. I loved the wedding day but I was so stressed out. We are also still in an apartment and that money would have gone a long way into a house!

Definitely. We’re so thrilled with how our wedding day turned out.

Yes, it was absolutely worth it. The day itself was better than I could have dreamed (well other than getting rained out of our outdoor ceremony lol) It was worth the time and money and stress for sure. That said, I don’t wish to repeat the experience! There were times I would have killed for a Destination Wedding, but I love the way it turned out and that we got to share the day with all of our loved ones.

YES, definitely!  In the stressful weeks leading up to it, we kept thinking we should have eloped, but after our flawed but amazing day, we were SO happy we had the wedding we wanted, and got to celebrate with our friends and families 🙂

Absolutely. It was the happiest day of our lives. However we never want to do it again!

Yes. I’m shocked to say that, because the whole way through planning it, I was uncomfortable with the amount of money going into it, and the stress in the weeks beforehand was insane, to the point that I couldn’t see any way it would be “worth it” and yet..it absolutely was. We had a really wonderful and fun evening with the people we love most in the world, the ceremony was awesome, no one contributing to the wedding felt they had spent more money than they were comfortable with and it went towards what was important to us.

yes! however our wedding total cost, including clothing, food, venue, hotel for in laws, EVERYTHING was under 10,000 and it was beautiful! I did a lot of the work myself, lots of DIY projects, but it was all worth it!

I didn’t think it was worth it until the wedding was over. Up until then, I would have said it’s better to elope. Once the wedding was over and I had – even 2 hours of – hindsight, I realized I wouldn’t have changed a thing. I loved it!

ETA – my parents paid for the wedding. There is no way my DH and I could have afforded the wedding that we had, nor would we have tried to finance it ourselves. If we didn’t have any help, I imagine we would have had something MUCH smaller.

yes, because it was a day of celebration with our family and friends….we stayed under budget, 10K and had a very simple but wonderful day.

Oh yes! It was perfect from start to finish. A love fest as one guest put it. Of course mine was low stress and pretty low budget. It was all about celebrating getting married to the love of my life with our closest friends and family.

Yes.

However, I didn’t stress too much about it. I mean, it was important, I did stress about it, but not about little stuff and not at all that weekend.  We spent a lot of money, but not more than we could afford.

The honeymoon – doubly worth it.

Absolutely. Was it super expensive? Yes. Was I stressed to the max? Yes. Would I do it again?? A million times over.
