no offense to anyone who is of course. but i went to a resort in Jamaica for my wedding and they had weddings taking place there every day, sometimes twice a day! lucky for me, i was an obsessed planner where everything had to MY personal decision…so of course i chose my own ceremony music and loved how it all turned out.
But for the million weddings i saw before and after mine at the resort, they pretty much ALL used the standard music the resort provides – and for walking down the aisle that is “marry me” by train! i had heard on the bee that a lot people are using it and i just didn’t know the song at the time. now i think its great, but when i hear it on the radio, i just see 10 different brides walking to it in one week! i am glad i brought my own music 🙂
thats all, just felt like posting because i heard it on the radio, again!

i feel the same way. when i heard the song i thought it would be so lovely to have at my wedding, but not very original by the time my wedding rolls around. I’m sure we’ll have it played at the reception though, but as for the ceremony, not so much.

@Lee_Ann: i think it could be original if you and your guests are not hearing it every day for other weddings all week long! when we were on the beach and heard the song, we didnt even need to look up to know there was a wedding going on – of course, i would get up and watch and analyze dresses and what-not, but thats just me 🙂

@dynamic_duo: That’s the song that my groom and bridal party plan to come down the aisle on. I’m not afraid of people knowing the song so well at my wedding. Within my circle, the song isn’t really well known.
