Has anyone used martial arts as a way of getting in shape?
There’s a studio pretty close to my house that teaches kung fu and self defense- it’s supposed to be a great workout, as well as teaching you how to defend yourself. I think something like that would be really great for me since I’m a pretty paranoid person; it would (hopefully) help me to gain confidence in myself while helping me lose the weight I gained back after ther wedding.
I was just wondering if anyone has had any experience with this kind of training, and if so, what your experience was like.
