I bought the Martina Liana #377 and love it!! The bodice sparkles like crazy and has the most beautiful beadwork. The skirt is so soft and light, I often find myself just running my fingers through it lol. The dresses are so well made and my particular dress reminds me of the Lazaro 3161 (who is my dream designer) but at a fraction of the cost, so I was sold haha. I don’t really have any cons about the actual dress, just the fact that I ordered it too big…which was my fault and not that of the dress or designer.

Btw, my dress came in early so maybe yours will too πŸ™‚

(I hate the way I look in this second picture but it really shows off that softness of the skirt which doesn’t really come through in the above picture)

Do you have any pictures of your dress?

That’s so pretty! I wish I could pull off that style dress! So what is the candlelight color? I saw a post recently where someone was asking about it but I’ve never seen it…

I just had my second fitting with my Martina Liana 411. It’s amazing! The dress is well made but the key to it looking perfect is a perfect fit. I had it taken in to fit me perfectly.

@jayda:  I have the same dress as you! It looks amazing on you! I agree 100% on the fit. Mine just came in and it is really big and I am nervous about the extent of alterations needed to make it look perfect. Did you have to open it up at the sides? Also, can’t tell from your pic if it is bustled underneath? Not sure how I should bustle…

@MrsWilliamsToBEE:  I love the quality and detail of my dress (411). My only con would be that mine is way too big. At least a whole size maybe more. Likely a combination of the store measurements and their size chart being a bit off…

@GlamBride08:  I think my seamstress opened it up on the sides order to take it in at the waist. She also made some changes to the bust and added another belt on the inside to hold it up as it was slipping off me. When it came in it was too big as well. My alterations weren’t too bad though! The bustle is underneath. I chose that style instead because I felt it suited the style of dress best. I also bought a different sash, in satin blush pink instead of the one it came with. I tied the bow to the back, (as you can see) and I feel all those little changes made the dress way better!

This was my runner up. I don’t remember the style number, but the quality was exquisite. Many sleepless nights deciding between this and the Justin Alexander 8626.

@pombridelv:  that dress is beautiful! I saw it for the first time about a week ago. It reminds me of the Enzoani Dakota that everyone freaks out about…but I thought it was prettier πŸ˜‰

So ladies, I brought my dress home because I was starting to doubt my choice and now I love it even more. Martina Liana dresses are seriously amazing. I even took some more photos and because my love affair has grown I’m going to smother y’all with some more pics πŸ˜€

I wore the Martina Liana 346 for my traditional style Chicago wedding this past January.  I got nothing but rave reviews about the dress, from comments on the color, the lace, and the bustle.  It was definitely my dream dress!

If anyone is interested I am looking to sell it!  The dress is a size 10 however I am normally a dress size 6.  I am 5’3″  and wore 4 inch heals so the dress can fit someone up to the height of 5’7″ so  long as you wear shorter shoes.  The dress can be altered to be taken in or  even let out slightly.  You will want this to be done professionally, but  they just remove the lace appliques, make the alterations and then re-sew to the  dress so the dress still looks custom.  I had straps made that snap on and off the dress.  I wore the straps for the ceremony and kept it strapless for the reception.

Also, I had a french bustle and it was stunning.
