crackktheskyy: I didn’t mean to offend just to share my opinion if I’m the pp you mention, but I think that the idea of using masculine names is purposely so that they are not normally pretty and feminine? So to me it is stating the obvious and my own reason i dislike the trend. Saying that though I am happily feminine not feminist in most situations if that makes any difference. Also to answer your other point funnily enough women’s bodies are often what I hear men complain of often, but if you saw some of the spouses here it’s more than reasonable. I dont believe beauty is totally socially constructed some features are naturally indicators of health, reproduction and such, so I find beauty standards a strange and out of place argument. As for only womens bodies being mens commodities no not true, I would miss fis body if he let himself go beyond natural aging, I also find keeping my self looking ok, healthy and in shape an act of love and respect for him and myself. Wow this thread has gone off topic.
