(Closed) Match the house or the wedding??

Tanleggedjuliet:  Bedroom for sure. The wedding will be the past, the house will be the present and future. 

In my case, unless you see the photos with bridesmaids in them, you wouldn’t even know what my wedding colours are. (So in our main photo, which is just DH and me, you can’t tell).

Bedroom, no one at the wedding is going to notice that it’s a totally random color.  No one is paying attention the details and matching colors like you do.

Definitely your bedroom. But maybe you could change the frame for the reception if matching is important to you? Is that possible?

Tanleggedjuliet:  Do it in colors you want to look at for the rest of your life. Artwork does not have to match anything. You may get sick of red and black and wish you had done it in something more neutral.

Definitely neutral, you never know how soon you may want a decor change!

I know, I’m stuck with tons of red bedroom and kitchen stuff 😛  They are now purple and green, respectively!
