I love mis-matched bridesmaids dresses, however, my bridesmaids all loved the same dress And all looked great in it. I keep seeing all these amazing mis-matched bridesmaids photos and I wish we would’ve done that 🙁 I was thinking they will all pick their own shoes, I will probably buy different jewelry for each of them, and make their bouquets different. How else can you make the bridesmaids less matching? Did your bridesmaids have the same dresses or different ones?

All of mine are wearing the same dress. I hate the look of mismatched dresses.
However, you can take the dress and have it altered. Maybe someone has better legs, so make it shorter. Make one a sweetheart neck. Put a sash on one.

Accesories are going to be key for you. Like you said, different colored shoes and flowers are a good idea. Also you could have flowers, headbands, or other mismatched hair accesories. Have some with updos, some hair down. If a sash belt will work with the dresses that’s also an option (some with, some without).

@reynaweddingbee: It sounds like you’ve already got it dialed in! I love all of your ideas.
