I have a blue sapphire e ring, and will have a wine/white bouquet. The only flowers in the wedding is the bouquet. I’d love to know what you think of what I should do with my decor colours.
Ring and flower example pictures (I bought the bulbs and will be making the bouquet myself)

I have never heard of someone matching their wedding colors to their e-ring (unless it’s just a coincidence that they just love blue or red or whatnot). Do whatever colors you want regardless of the ring color.

No one but you will notice if your colors match your ring. Do what you love.

I did. But my stone is purple and mine and FIs favorite colour so we probably would have involved purple anyway.

I know no one will know it matches my ring, but I was kind of wanting my other jewellery to match it, and I love blue so much. I’m just afraid that with the blue, the flowers will look stupid.

kayvee: the colours for our wedding are blue specifically because I have a blue sapphire e ring! Saying that though, obviously he wouldn’t have got me a blue ring if I didn’t really like blue so it’s possible I would have wanted blue as the colours anyway 🙂 my bridesmaid dresses are blues, the centre pieces have blue in them and the bouquets have blues (my sister is making them out of ribbon, felt abd crochet rather than real flowers). I don’t expect anyone to notice that it matches the ring

My e-ring is a blue/teal diamond. My favorite color is a dark teal tending towards blue….so one of our wedding colors is blue (I picked it), and Fiance picked a bright green. I don’t think anyone will notice that your jewelry doesn’t ‘match’. FWIW, that is a GORGEOUS ring, and GORGEOUS flowers, and I think it will look absolutely beautiful.

kayvee: I’m matching the blue diamond color in my e-ring even if they’re super small. Blue is my FI’s favorite color and it reminds me of him and I love blue diamonds sooooo! we’re doing a peacock teal blue and orange color theme! No one will really know or care but it means something to me so if you feel the same, go for it!

Thanks everyone! I think the wedding will be just silver and white so the flowers don’t clash, so then at the reception I can throw in some blue without issue.
