I think I found both My dress and the Bridesmaids dresses. I am in love with both! Tha only issue is that my dress has more of a vintage feel to it, while the bridesmaids dresses are ultra modern. My weding will be black, white, and green with a more modern feel to it. (think smooth, sleek lines) HELP! Is it ok if my dress stands out a little from the overall "look" of the wedding?
Please let me know.. keep in mind the Bridesmaid or Best Man dresses will be black with a white ribbon. Thanks!

It’s perfectly okay if your dress doesn’t “match”…. I’m in the same boat as you, my dress is very historical looking, with lots of embroidery and beading and a chapel train, and pretty much everything else in the wedding is very sleek and modern. Our colors are black, white and bright yellow with silver accents. What’s important is that you love your dress, you feel great in it, and everything else is a completely different story!

They’re both so pretty! I think it would be okay if they didn’t match per se. I actually think it makes a nice contrast!

Absolutely OK! You want to stand out on the day, anyway. Dress is gorgeous. The Bridesmaid or Best Man dresses are very nice as well. 🙂

You are going to stand out no matter what – so might as well be in the dress you love! The ultra theme or designed weddings are relativly new to the wedding world, no one is going to think you look out of place at your wedding.
