Whatever makes your heart swooon – matching or non matching – they’re your wedding bands, you set the trend, you set the rules, and as long as you love them to pieces then thats all that matters Wink

Our match sort of.  They definitely are not a matched set, but both have yellow gold/white gold.  I think it depends on a few things: 1) how important matching is to you both 2) if you both like the same styles

My Fiance was the one who mentioned it would be nice to have matching rings. I thought it was nice he actually wanted something for a change instead of the usual, “I dunno” so that’s what were gonna do!

Ours aren’t exact matches, but they are both white gold and princess cut.

ETA: My band matches the ring (pave).

I feel like boys and girls usually have different styles.

My hubby and I aren’t completely matching, we both wanted plain white gold bands. Mine has a rounded edge and is much thinner, his has a flat edge. They have the same engraving inside. We didn’t try to match, but it’s what we liked.

Fiance actually wants ours to match and he also thinks they should be plain!

at first we were going to get matching bands.  we both liked the way they looked.  but then fi saw a wedding band that he fell in love with so we went with “similar” bands.  mine’s a plain white gold band and his is white gold with a hammered middle and two thin yellow gold milgrain bands on either side.
