Maternity Clothes Question

I’d definitely recommend looking for 2nd hand deals (buy & sell groups often have maternity lots posted for well below what you’d spend in store).  One thing I loved though and splurged on was a high end pair of maternity jeans.  It didn’t matter how miserable and large I was feeling, these jeans fit amazingly from 12w onward, and were super flattering. I bought Citizens of Humanity Avedons, and I can’t wait to be pregnant again so I can wear them.

Otherwise my leggings mostly fit (especially ones with a higher waistband, most of my athletic shorts were still wearable, and I was able to get away with longer tank tops and cardigans.

That said, if you’re going to buy a few maternity pieces anyways, don’t wait!  There’s no point in being uncomfortable now if you could just buy things earlier than later (especially since you’ll probably wear them for a year max).

Look online for secondhand maternity stuff! I’ve found a couple lots of 3-5 pairs of maternity pants for $50.

Try Thyme Maternity because you could get maternity clothes in your size just fold down the belly band once you’ve given birth
