Gap and old navy have online maternity stores (and often have coupons) Old navy and H&M have some in store ones. I honestly haven’t shopped at thyme or anything like. If you wear jeans alot and plan on having more than one child expensive maternity jeans can be worth it, plus you can always resell them after. You should check out facebook buy and sell groups and second hand shops for cheap stuff.

I bought 2 pairs of jeans, as it was summer/fall and had more options – and dressed business casual 4 days a week. Both jeans came from Target. One bootcut and a skinny.
I liked some from Motherhood Maternity, but they were so short (regular inseam). And for the price, Target was great.

Thank you bees for all your suggestions! Very helpful. I’m going to start shopping around.

I got demi (low) panel skinny jeans from Gap and loved them. They were great for postpartum too because they didn’t feel like maternity. My work pants were full panel and those were great for pregnancy but I wouldn’t have wanted to wear them post-partum.

I lived in Old Navy maternity jeans, in my regular size. I had one low panel pair that worked for a while, but the full band quickly becomes a must.

Canadian Bee here! I have bought alot of things for work from Thyme maternity. Go when they have sales if not the stuff is super pricey. I treid the jeans there but they fit me strnagelty as I like super skinny jeans and I felt hte legs were kinda baggy. My friend gave me two pairs of jeans that she got from Motherhood Maternity and they are both the Jessica Simpson brand. I would sign up for their online mailing as they have lots of sales and send coupons
