Omg so jealous. I needed those coupons lol! I spent $555 on two pairs. Re-evaluating that purchase and life right now. They do fit amazing though…

citysparkle :  sounds like a great deal! I loved how so much of the selection at Pea in the Pod felt like clothes I normally wore but accommodated a bump.

Thyme Maternity often has some sales going on. It ships to the US and I loved their jeans, so comfy… I miss them! I wear 0 or 1 pants, and went with XS during pregnancy 🙂

I second Thyme maternity! I found I was in between a xs and s at Motherhood and nothing seemed to fit me right. A small at Thyme fit me like a glove. The leggings started to go see through by the end but their jeans last forever. I kept mine from my first pregnancy 6 years ago and they still look good. It sucks to admit it but I still wear them 10 months post pregnacy. They are just so comfy!

I love the Jessica Simpson maternity jeans at motherhood maternity–they’re super cute and they have a close fit that mimics how other skinny jeans used to fit.

citysparkle :  I’m a dolt. I looked back in my emails, and I had the 50% off one full-price  item coupon as well. So I returned one of the pairs and bought it back with the coupon. Voila $130 instead of $260! Thanks for the tip. I am going to look more carefully before I buy anything else from there.

milksteak :  We also went to Thyme today and tried on jeans. But once you go AG, nothing else seems to come close! I did buy a pair of capri leggings though and absolutely love the fit, so I am crossing my fingers they hold up and don’t go see-through!!

For future purchases, the jeans from TopShop are amazing. High quality. $70/pair isn’t cheap but they wash well and look great. Worth it. I also like mine from Destination maternity. Definitely cheaper.

I’m 5’4″ and 114 lbs pre-pregnancy and the only jeans I found that actually fit are Jessica Simpson skinny leg jeans in XS from destination maternity. I think they were about $45. If you are petite, go find them!!

100% agree on splurge on a nice pair. I have a pair of AG’s and they are my absolute favorite. Fit is so nice, quality is so nice, and they look perfect after a million wears.

julies1949 :  I did not know this about Mavi jeans!  Apparently you can email them and they’ll do the same, it’ll just take a couple of extra days for shipping.  I’m in Alberta, and none of our stores here offer this, but I’m hoping to get to Vancouver early in the year and will definitely be checking that out.

I’m also contemplating turning a pair of second hand True Religion jeans into maternity jeans myself.  I think I can make it work using a belly band, there’s a couple of tutorials online.
