What all is still on your to-do list? I am just sitting down trying to figure out what all I have left. ( My big day is the 17th).

I think I have the big stuff covered. I don’t know where you are at for stuff but what I keep telling myself is that I have the big stuff done, anything else I miss nobody will probably ever even notice but me.

amandamichael:  I cannot believe May 10 is coming up so quickly!!! I feel like I have so much time left, but then I realize its really only 4 weeks away. What do you have left to do? The major things I have left are:

– create and print table numbers, menus, various signage for church and reception

– order some peonies online for DIY bouquets

– finalize our alcohol order

– pick music/readings for ceremony

– finish the seating chart

– make our music selections (first dances, intros, etc) and meet with DJ

– create a must-have photo list

– figure out the day-of timeline

– marriage license!

Finally got around to sorting out the seating plan. Wow, did not expect it to be so tricky! We’re only having 80 people, I can’t imagine what it would be like to organise seating for 200 or more. Thinking about it makes my head spin 😛
