@cvbee:  Again, that diaper is so cute! You look very organized! Yay for new cars, the Edge feels pretty swanky! I wish it was an affordable option when we went with our Explorer… it feels so bare bones compared!

@Goldilocks1107:  What kind of carseat did you go with? For some reason, I was really worked up over how difficult our carseat installation would be. Now with the seat we purchased, it seems to go in so easy I feel we have to be doing something wrong. Luckily Darling Husband is a police officer so he’ll just have them confirm at work.

@Ms Mini:  I hope your Bridal Party evened out. Did you have any luck with your drywalling?

@PasteMoo:  You must be happy to have your car situation figured out!

@winniewolf:  I hope your first few days home have been good to you! Stay healthy!

@LAGS:  I’m pretty sure she has the same one as me because we have the same travel system, but her’s is purple. Looks like this (taking advantage of the photo feature that is not available on hellobee.) Expedition ELX. http://www.toysrus.com/product/index.jsp?productId=4089524′ defer=’defer

@Goldilocks1107:  Was it easy to install? As soon as we have our new vehicle in our posession we’ll install too. Have fun with postpartum care….I’ve been reading a bit about it lately, but when I saw my cousin who was 3 days out from the baby she said it hurts a lot but is bearable.  She said it was 2 days of CRAZY bleeding but by day 3 it was just like a period.  Tomorrow night is our labour and delivery class.  Looking forward to that.

@LAGS:  Yes, the Edge is pricey compared to the Explorer and I was at times trying to convince Darling Husband to consider the explorer instead.  In the end, we just really bargain-hunted for our 2010 Edge and ended up having to drive 3 hours to get it.  Hopefully it will be a good vehicle because I am the one who insisted that this ‘higher km’ 2010 would be okay, since it was in our price range and the kms are mostly highway.  We bought a warranty on the engine just for the peace of mind.

Alright, see you over on hellobee. 🙂

Hi guys!

I posted an update on Hellobee because it seems like that site gets a bit more traffic.

I will post an abbreviated version here:

Passed my glucose–yay!

Urine analysis for protein/pre-eclampsia came back normal–yay!

Stomach muscles are still being very weird and baby is cramped. Ordered by doctor to do even less activity to prevent further contractions and early labor–not so yay.

Feeling great and energized though! Although I feel like a fat cow, I don’t have any issues with shaving (legs OR hoo-ha), painting toenails, putting shoes on, etc. I think the fact that I am still functioning pretty normally is keeping my spirits up. Baby is moving all over the place. Growing more stretch marks on my hips and strangely, my back. 🙁 Depressing.

@cvbee:  I love how when the two canopies are drawn the baby is totally covered! Very nice seat/jogger combo!

@Goldilocks1107:  I think the nothing at the front thing was what surprised me too. I expected that thing to be just short of bolted in there!

I have to post here cause we had our growth scan today and we actually got a 3D ultrasound, a huge surprise! She has DH’s nose! So neat!

As discussed on HB, my going home outfit selection for baby, from premie size onesie, newborn size sleeper with bib, and 0-3 sweater and name suits. (Sorry about the low-qual…too lazy to actually use the camera…this is just with my laptop camera eye).

@cvbee:  I like whatever is navy blue in the middle and comes with a hat (it looks like there’s ducks on it?). It looks so cute! I also like the little sleeper that is to the left of that oufit.  You have so many cute options!

Since I can’t post the pics on HB I am dropping by to show you a couple “teasers” from the mat shoot today. I will post the rest when I get them from the photog.
