    ME ME ME! This is exactly what I need to get motivated! I set myself a goal yesterday (Its the evening of the 1st of May here today) to lose weight and get into shape before my birthday at the end of october.

     

    It gives me 6 months to hopefully lose 20 kilos and tone up. I am determined to become comfortable with my body for the first time in what feels like forever!

      @jesssamesssa:  Thanks! I’ve seen those before – didn’t know what they were called.

     

    I can do the first chart, as long as I do forearm planks – I really hurt my finger though and can’t put pressure on my hand for the time being, so I’ll have to hold off on the second chart for now. (I know how lame a hurt finger sounds as an excuse, but… you’d understand if you could see it.)
