I don’t feel him actually coming. I guess you can say you can sometimes feel the penis pulsating though but I don’t really feel that so much anymore either. Mostly I know when because his body freezes up and slows down.

I usually have about ten seconds upon standing from the bed to the bathroom before it starts leaking. I sit straight on the toilet usually where it mostly comes out so that I can try to pee also for UTI prevention. So, towels aren’t necessary for us. However, a lot leaks for me. Even after most comes out and we wash up…I still have some leaking for awhile after which I use a panty liner for.

No need for a towel. We keep baby wipes on hand and I just wipe down a little bit afterwards.

daniellemc :  I’m so glad you asked this. xD We’re starting later this month and have always used condoms before this, so I was wondering too.

Hopefully it went well for you…

FWIW I wouldn’t recommend what some PP are suggesting (prop your hips up and go to sleep), I’ve always been told to go to the bathroom right after sex to prevent UTIs. I’ve never had one, so maybe it works! For TTC I can see laying there for 15-30 minutes (or the length of one Netflix episode), but beyond that I think you should go to the bathroom to clean up!

carolinabelle :  what carolinabelle said. I’m prone to UTIs so I usually get up immediately (when not ttc). When ttc, at most I laid there 10-15 mins after and then went to the bathroom.

I’m dying over the penis beaker lol. I guess we have two bathrooms upstairs so it’s never been an issue.

But really it’s going to depend on your man. Some make more of a mess than others…same with women.

Penis beaker is amazing! Soo funny! Love love love.

I like having it inside me. We’re new to TTC but I was on the mini-pill/coil before hand so I’m used to it. And I love it. It honestly doesn’t seep out very quickly. I nip to the bathroom and either slip knickers back on or just catch it in my hand (nice! But I’m on my way to the bathroom to wash anyway) and I throw the sheets in the wash the next morning. It’s all good, and it’s pretty easy.

It’s always very messy for me. I guess reading this post, it depends on the couple, but for us we always have (clean) old t-shirts ready to place under me and to catch anything while i’m running to the bathroom. Doesn’t matter if he stays inside for a bit while we catch our breath or if I immediatly go to the bathroom, I’m always leaking and continue leaking for a couple of hours, so a pantyliner is definetly necessary!

Yeah definitely don’t just go to sleep, as someone prone to UTIs, it’s not worth the risk and you don’t need to keep semen in you all night to get pregnant. 10-20 min and then pee/clean up.
