I think that if you are already having kids and vegetarian…then 2 entrees should suffice!

I served one meal. Hell, no choice, and i didn’t even offer vegetarian because I didn’t even think about it. Undecided

We had prime rib, a stuffed chicken dish and then a vegetarian option (roasted portabello mushroom) and a kids option (mac and cheese).  I will point out we didn’t put the vegetarian option on the response cards because technically our venue only allowed for two options before they started charging extra so we couldn’t allow people who weren’t vegetarians to select that entree.  We knew who our vegetarians were and we let them know in advance that they would be provided an appropriate meal.

Our guests can choose between beef (sirloin steak), chicken(chicken cordon blue) and vegetarian (pasta primavera). I don’t think we have any vegetarians but we figured it would be best to be safe and just offer it. It doesn’t cost us anymore to have the third option. If anything, we’ll end up saving a few bucks if non-vegetarian guests choose to go with the veggie option since it’s cheaper than the meat choices.

Our buffet will have 3 entrees.  Haven’t decided on the menu, but it will most likely be roast beef, a chicken (there are too many chicken choices!), and something else. lol.

Why aren’t vegetarian entrees “real” options? That doesn’t make sense.

Well, all our meal options are going to be entirely vegan, but with the restaurant we’ve talked to, we’ve decided to offer three different entree selections.  All very hearty and interesting and worthy of being their own selection on any menu, not confined to sidelines.
