@Coral99: They’ll be gone by Wednesday. And since I chose baby spinach which tends to be a bit on the crunchier side, they stay pretty fresh if there are no liquids.
@kitkat2014: heh. I had to buy. I didn’t have containers. Just a few I use for left overs. And containers can be sooo darn expensive! So when I saw those on sale I went for them :)What are you planning to prep?

Chicken tortilla soup. i seasoned and cooked a whole chicken in the slow cooker. When it was done I took it out and did the shredding and took skin out. Then threw it back in the slow cooker in its own juices and added the rest of ingredients and left it cooking. boom. http://m.allrecipes.com/recipe/89539/slow-cooker-chicken-tortilla-soup
Chili – Used lean beef.
Used only a tablespoon of pik vs what recipe says. It tastes really good! No need for much oil or regular full fat beef.
*I did not prepare or use the tortillas in the chicken tortilla soup because it’s extra calories and fat that I’m trying to avoid.

@Sporty-Bee: Due to PCOS, I’m gonna start cutting out dairy, soy, and sugar (besides the sugar in fruits). I’m not actually sure what I’m going to prep yet. Definitely a few veggie dishes. Hopefully at some point I can buy more containers.
