At the last wedding I went to, the bride and groom did something similar. A couple of the ones I remember are the year they were born (they were both born in the same year) and the number of miles the wedding party member from farthest away had to travel to be there.

How about…

  • the date he/you said “I love you” for the first time
  • If you live together, the date you moved in together
  • If you live apart, the number of miles between you
  • your birth dates
  • miles traveled together

I worked a wedding where they had fun things like

**ounces of Gummi Bears the groom can eat in one sitting

**how many cardigans the bride owns

**number of times the groom has beaten the bride at rock paper scissors

**how many board games they own

**how many cats they own

bumping this because I need more ideas… So far I’ve got the following (just fyi the 1), 2), etc is just to give a running tally of how many ideas, not my actual #s.. )

1) FH jersey #

2) # floor our apt is on

3) number of children (ok..cats)

4) # yrs Brides parents married

5) # months engaged

6) # cities we’ve lived in together

7) day # we met

8) # of ppl in our wedding party

9) # month we got married

10) # of years together

11) house # of our first apt together

12) day # Bride was born

13) day # Groom was born

I need at least 3 more, help! I’m trying to keep my #’s at only 2 digits, so some of the previous posters’ ideas don’t work for me as the #s would be in the triple or quadruple digits.
