I’m seriously considering trying medifast for a month to jump start my weightloss, since nothing else seems to be working. I’ve gotten back into the gym habit, but I’ve been journaling and I really need to completely re-start my eating habits (too many shows have been throwing off my eating and sleeping habits). My mother and a few other people have had a great deal of success, but before I invest I wanted to get a wider opinion – can you help me out?

I love medifast! I went on it in January 09 and lost 30 pounds by late March (or therabouts.) I’ve successfully kept it off since then (with regular exercise.) My mom lost 90 pounds in a year and a half and has kept it off for 2 years.
I can’t recommend it enough. If you’ve got the discipline to follow the program you will be very successful.
