So I found this on Pinterest:
And I’ve been trying to do it at my desk at work. It hurts a lot, haha! Has anyone else done it? Seen any results? Or am I putting myself through this pain for nothing? 😉

@chronicwhimsy: i did this for a few weeks… no results really but i stopped because it would KILL in my upper back/upper trap/neck… i may have been doing it wrong but i couldn’t figure out how to do it the “right” way without it hurting like crazy in the “wrong” spots the next day! if you can figure it out, let me know 🙂

I do Pure Barre arms. I saw results within 2 weeks. I’d recommend to anyone – you feel yourself getting stronger.

I got curious and just did the exercise in the video – I definitely ‘felt the burn’ and the urge to bring my arms down, and by the end of it my arms felt like they had been worked mostly in the upper portion rather than lower ‘flabbier’/softer part – but that may have been from how I was doing it.
I definitely feel like it was a workout, but not sure if it was a ‘good’ workout – I felt like her movements may have been too fast/not controlled enough and that may be dangerous…? (Reminded me about how they say not to ‘bounce’ when you stretch because it could be harmful to your muscles.) I don’t know. Was fun, though!
