I personally think these are stunning! My hair lady told me sometimes people don’t “like” their trial hair bc they aren’t used to seeing it like that and it’s a knot change from your day to day hair. I love the 2nd choice. Maybe she could dp that so you feel more secure? Did you take a ton of pictures for her to replicate? Many salons will do as many trials as necessary until you love it Ps- I don’t see any football bump! Another friend told me – ESP if you have a big dress. If your hair is too slick/ flat your head won’t be in proportion to your body/ large dress. Just something to think about!

These aren’t bad but I’d recommend trying a seasoned/well-trained stylist who knows how to work with fine hair. Not all stylists have the experience or proper training to do formal hair and work with fine hair. I’d try a trial with a different stylist. Can you wear you bangs more wispy or to the side?

Also, as someone who is a stylist and has fine hair I’d highly recommend some clip-in hair extensions. Make sure to get real hair though, not synthetic. You can’t apply heat to most synthetic hair.

I think it looks great.  The volume on top that you’re not used to is actually very flattering and gives a nice full feeling. If you want it curled and down like the inspiration photo, you can put in some extensions to create more volume.  But I really like the photos with the low do.

@sienna76:  Must be something about our age… my bangs do the same damn thing and always have.

I like the look.  You’ll be able to tell the stylist day-of what you want to tweak.  I think it’s beautiful, even as it falls a bit.

eta: This comes from someone who couldn’t put a roller in her hair with super glue.  I’m clueless.

@sienna76:  That is exactly what I ended up doing the morning of my wedding day.  I simply ran out of time so I set my hair (hair sprayed the crap out of it, put in hot rollers, and then finger brushed them after they were cool) and stuck an orchid on a bobby pin and called it good. *shrug* Everybody told me I looked gorgeous…although they kinda have to since I am the bride.

@sienna76:  No, you don’t rent them, you can purchase them for 50 to 100 bucks at Sally’s Beauty Supply. Yeah, I’m 34 and still refuse to have a full bang. I had a small side swept bang a couple times but they were pretty long. Good luck in whatever you decide to do. I’m sure you’ll look beautiful.:-)
