I agree that there have been a lot of posts about this particular subject lately.

While I agree some posts may seem redudant, strippers/bachelor/ette parties are an aspect of wedding planning for some brides. If it’s a topic that doesn’t interest you or apply to your planning, move on to the next.

Yeah, I kinda agree. I mean, I dont think they should be banned because Im sure some girls get an emotional release from talking about it…..but I dont like reading about it every other post. Ill admit it, strippers dont make me happy and weddingbee is one of my happy places 😀

@Ms Sassy:  Completely agree.  I’m done with my wedding planning, but have popped in here and there to check out the Not Wedding Related boards (and take a peek at some dress polls Smile).  At first, I just figured that I just wasn’t getting as much ‘into’ the posts as I previously would have – but it’s definately more in line with what you’ve just mentioned.  Enough beating the dead horse already with regards to some recent activities on the boards —  “Meh” is exactly right!

I think weddingbee goes in cycles like this though. Someone starts a thread about something, it piques someone elses interest or creates a question for them and then they start a thread about it. It repeats and blows up the boards. Plus, everyone is in different stages of planning some it becomes a topic of interest for someone at one point and than someone new gets to that point in their planning and they start the topic again. I have been board with the bee lately but it happens. What do you do?

I think the word “tacky” is tacky! Wink

Threads like this are starting to get redundant, too, though. There has been a lot of drama lately, but these only fuel it.

The topic ‘meh…..’ is closed to new replies.
