I found a men’s Mulit CVS brand that claims it supports reproductive health. Now weather or not it works I dont know considering we haven’t got a BFP. But im sure my factors are what’s delaying us.

I bought a bottle of L-Cysteine, but that’s about it.

Darling Husband just took a good daily multi vitamin. We joke that it gave him “super sperm” because when we conceived, it was about a month after he first started taking them, and we got pregnant by only having sex once, 5 days before I ovulated!

Zinc is a critical component in spermatogenesis. The amount in a multivitamin is sufficient. =)

Do you have SA report?  My Darling Husband results have come back less than stellar so I’m looking to add additional vitamins on top of his dailymale vitamin:

  • More Anti-oxidants such as Vit C, Vit D, B-complex
  • Herbs such as Maca Root and Ginseng

My Darling Husband just took his regular men’s vitamin (New Chapter Every Man). I was going to add zinc & vitamin C to his daily vitamin regimine if it took us longer to get pregnant though.
