Check out Triton @ tritonjewelry.com.  They sell many different types of metal and thicknesses. They don’t list prices so you’ll have to take the ring style and google it.

Here is DH’s: It’s 9mm. Nothing like you described but I love it because the beveled edge is polished so it catches the light and looks blingy without it being over the top.

@anonymous678:  The only time people will ever see your rings side by side is if you take one of those photos at your wedding with your hands on top of each other. Personally I don’t think people compare rings side by side that often or if they do I doubt they would say anything, My ring is titanium and his ring is tungsten… they look fine near each other. something to note is that tungsten is almost completely scratch proof and will stay shiny longer than almost any other metal, but also it can not be resized so most jewlers will just send you a new one if you need a new size. Our jewler had a plan where if anything happens to his ring we just pay 30$ and they send him an identical one no matter what, engraving and all. It is definately something to look in to.

@anonymous678:  A 10 mm for under $1K is going to be pretty difficult as far as I can tell. We have gotten quotes from anywhere between $800 to above $2,000 for a 7-8 mm band (white gold) with limited stylizing. Gold prices are pretty ridiculous right now.

Yay! I’m glad I could help. They get new stuff in all the time and they have a pretty good return policy.
