Just got our JVL rings in, mine is tungsten and okay, will be a back up as it is nothing like my ering. FI’s ring looks awesome, I ordered titanium instead of tungsten as he liked the design of one in particular way more than any other.
When I pick them up his is super super light. I don’t know anything about rings at all, don’t even know the stats on my ering, but I’m wondering if his should be heavier or if all titanium rings are this light?

I got my Fiance a titantium ring as his engagement ring and it was super light. That is normal. I’d be careful with titantium rings though as wedding bands because you can’t resize them. I made that mistake. I didn’t know but I ordered the wrong size and it was too big and they couldn’t resize it. I had to buy hima whole new one in tungsten carbide.

@mylittleviolett: Phew – thanks for that!
For the sizing there was an offer a while ago for a free ring sizer from pandora – i have no idea why, but I ordered it and then used it to order FI’s ring…so weird that I would have even ordered it, totally not my usual thing. Must have been meant to be!!

titanium is a lot less dense than tungsten. tungsten carbide are heavier because of the carbon used to make them adds the weight. Fiance and i decided to go with the tungsten from jvl because we are both terribly hard on our hands so it made sense to get someithng a little bit harder than titanium. which rings did you get? we got the “moments” set
